Vision
Local vision
Our church’s vision is to bring glory to God in 5 dimensions which we call ‘FACES’ of the church:
Formation (training):
We glorify God when we strive to become the image of his son, Jesus Christ.
“For God knew his people in advance, and He chose them to become like His Son, so that His Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.”
Romans 8:29
Adoration (worship) :
We glorify God when we acknowledge and declare who He is and what He’s done for us.
“Sing a new song of praise to Him; play skillfully on the harp, and sing with joy.”
Psalm 33:3
Communion Fraternelle (fellowship) :
We glorify God by our love for one another.
“...so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.”
Romans 12:5
Evangelism:
We glorify God when we are part of bringing someone into relationship with Him.
“And then he told them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.’ ”
Mark 16:15
Service (ministry) :
We glorify God by serving others through our gifts.
“God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.”
1 Peter 4:10
Regional vision
~ Meeting with the Lisieux ecumenical committee
~ Organising praise and worship events, both as part of Jour J Normandie as well as other events
